The students and staff of Auxilium School Ahmednagar got together during the morning assembly today on 6 January 2018, to pray for world peace. 
The riots that happened a few days ago in Pune, Bombay and Ahmednagar proved Gandhiji’s saying true: “An eye for an eye will only end up making the whole world blind”. 
Our young Auxilians pledged that they would grow into responsible citizens who will not allow themselves to be pulled into other’s storms but instead be powerful enough to pull others into their peace. All in unison resolved to say “NO” to violence and “YES” to peace.
It was indeed a sight to behold our youngsters holding up ‘peace placards’ and praying for world peace as well as to become messengers of peace.
