The International Yoga Day was celebrated in Auxilium Baroda on the 21st of June 2018 with enriching practice of Yoga Asanas by the entire school. Mr. Bharat Patel the Physical Instructor of the school demonstrated the Asana in a systematic way which enabled the students to calm their minds and bring relief for their bodies as they engaged in performing a number of Asanas. The students were given information regarding importance of each Asana and how they have to perform it to gain its full benefit. Students were also encouraged to carry on this practice on regular basis so as to enjoy greater physical wellness.
