The Sisters, along with the candidates organized a missionary week from 21st September 2018 to 27th September 2018 in order to remember and pray for all the missionaries especially the Salesian missionary Sisters of our province. The week commenced by a Missionary Rosary where we prayed for the people of 5 continents of the world and especially the missionaries there.
On 24th and 26th September 2018, the candidates presented musical shows on the lives of Abraham, Tobit, and Jonah depicting God’s mission assigned to them. On 27th September, the sisters and candidates visited the nearby village of Anand Nagar to get an experience of how people live in the huts. The candidates spent some time with the children teaching them action songs.
Indeed the whole week was amazing and very informative as the candidates were very much keen to know more about the missions.
