Sr. Caroline D’Souza – the Animator and her Community gave us a warm welcome at this Annual Meet of S. Cooperators & ADMA in Caranzalem held on 23 September 2018. We were 18 participants including local Delegates, Co-ordinators, Secretaries. Sr. Caroline set the tone for the day with a prayer moment and also concluded the day with a takeaway a video-clipping on the recent Apostolic Exhortation, “Gaudete et Exsultate”.
The resource person Mr. Valentino Coelho, fully immersed in the Church activities and issues promoting God’s Kingdom all over the world, gave a fine talk with a PPt on the “Role of the Laity in the Church and Society”, a very pertinent topic today, which was reinforced during the Eucharist celebrated by Fr. Cyrilo D’Souza, Parish Priest of the local church. Sr. Catherine Fernandes made the participants aware through PPt of the various initiatives carried out by themselves in their Units, and later presented a PPt on the “Migrant Issue… Problems and Solutions”. It was, indeed, a fruitful day… tweeted the participants!
