Coming together is the beginning,
Praying together is our strength,
And working together is our success….
On 19th November with grateful hearts, we began the Provincial visit. The Sisters and girls of Maria Kripa, Madanthyar welcomed our dear Sr. Rita Dora Thomas at 1:30 pm. In the evening we had a cultural programme performed by the hostellers.
The programme began with a prayer dance invoking God’s blessing on each one of us, especially on the Provincial. This was followed by the girls welcoming with saplings, and the address was read aloud giving a detailed report of the happenings of Maria Kripa. Thereafter a few dances coloured the programme.
Sr. Rita Dora communicated news of the Province and concluded the day with the traditional ‘Goodnight’.
On the following day, the community thanked the Provincial through the following verses:
Flowers never stop blooming,
The wind never stops blowing,
Rivers never stop flowing,
Sun never stops shining,
God never stop loving.
On 21st November, Sr. Rita Dora left for Shirva for the Provincial visit accompanied by Sr. Prema Tauro and Sr. Elizabeth Augustine.
