AMAR # 648 Gratitude Day at Aux-Wadala

Life is a celebration. Consider everything that makes you happy as a gift from God and say, ‘Thank you.”
The teachers and students celebrated the School Gratitude day on 14th December. Sisters of the community were taken in a procession to the celebration place with a colourful display of pompoms and flowers. The prayer moment was animated beautifully where the students spoke about each Sister and presented a flower above all to God who takes care of us. The cultural programme was put up very well by the students of all the three sections KG, primary and secondary. The teachers and students expressed their gratefulness towards the Institute and to each Sister who is working for the good of each child. At the end the students’ representing each class presented gifts to Sr.Meena D’Silva which would be later distributed to the poor frequenting our campus each day

Tr. Aurelia the Supervisor of the KG section distributed a perk to every child in response to the prayers they had offered to her in times of illness. The Teachers were served snacks and thus the celebration strengthened the bonds of communion among each other.

We in return thank God for our teachers, students and all those who reach out to us in different ways for the good of our mission.
