The Eucharistic celebration was indeed an expression  of  thanksgiving to the Lord for the marvels He accomplished in and through Sr. Maria Macwan and Pushpanjali Society for past 25 Silver Years. Then followed the Felicitation programme presided over by Sr. Wilma De Souza. The programme started with the welcome song by the Pushpanjali boarders and the reception of guests.  Sr. Wilma De Souza released the silver jubilee souvenir in the presence of Rev. The parents of our boarders and ITI students, the local civil authorities, friends, the students of our village tuition classes, NCP and a good number of Past pupils joined us in the celebration. The chief guest Dr. Hema Shah  praised the institution for its 25 years of service to the poor and marginalized of the society. Commenting on the Sisters commitment to their religious life she said. “Today “commitment” is in crisis. Commitment towards one’s family, ones profession and towards society, and yet   the Sisters and the institution stand as an example of joyful commitment and dedication.  We the local people need to learn from them and extend our whole hearted support to the Sisters and thus become partners in the good works of Pushpanjali Society”.
