140th Anniversary Celebration at Lonavla!

November 14^th 2017 started with a Morning Prayer and meditation wherein the two communities both of SJTC and Auxilium took part, followed by the Eucharistic celebration, the celebrant gave a short introduction to the 140^th Anniversary of the first missionary expedition celebration. In the evening the three communities of Kune, Auxilium and SJTC met for the prayer service together with Premdaan boarders and the candidates. After the fellowship dinner there were games and each group vied with each other to get the most prizes. The enthusiasm and joy bubbled up in the hearts of each one as we celebrated this occasion throughout the day. It was an enriching experience of knowing in detail the ardent missionary zeal of the first missionaries of our Congregation. The day come to an end with lot of gratitude and love. After the night prayers all went home carrying a message of Pope Francis and the bold capital letters ‘GO’.
