PTA Meeting
On 10 and the 12 of August there was the P.T.A meeting for the parents of the pre-primary section and the primary and High school parents respectively. There was a good response on the part of the parents. Sr. Shanthi Fernandes, the headmistress presented to them the role and duties of good parenting. She also spoke about the various activities of the school. Sr. Monica Shera, the manager spoke to the parents about the true meaning of being an Auxilium student and of the integral formation and the growth of each pupil.
Independence day
15th August is an important day in the life of every Indian citizen. At 7.45 a.m. the students, teachers and non teaching staff gathered on the ground to commemorate the great sacrifices of our national leaders who fought for India to be set free. The celebration began with the prayer moment praying for our country, for her leaders and for other intentions.
Sr. Monica Shera, the manager of the school was the Chief Guest of the day and she hoisted the flag and delivered the speech. There were speeches in different languages. Sweets were distributed to all those present.
