Science Exhibition was held on 23 November at Auxilium Convent High School and Junior College for Std. III to XI from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. Sr. Latha Arogyasamy, the headmistress and Sr. Nilima Rodrigues, the supervisor cut open the ribbon and inaugurated the science exhibition. Saplings were presented to them by the teachers.
The projects were eco-friendly and the use of non-biodegradable substances was avoided. Projects were based on the exploitation of non-conventional resources, control pollution, and technology. They were also made for the betterment of physically & mentally challenged people. Through their projects, students showed love and concern for the environment and empathy for poor and weak.
Parents were allowed to see the exhibition, to appreciate and inspire the students and help them to enhance their innovative ideas. Students were given the freedom to select topics that showcased their scientific attitude and rational thought process. Teachers and Sisters went around encouraging students to bring out their creative aspects.
