On 18th December, the school organized a Christmas programme for all the students. The theme on the background highlighted the crux of the feast of Christmas viz: “Let’s celebrate Christmas by sharing, loving, giving and forgiving”. The live crib, carols, and the meaningful skit highlighted the message that Christmas is all about finding Christ in the poor and those who are in need of our help. After the Christmas programme, Christmas gifts were distributed to all the students and one could tangibly experience the joy and peace of Christmas pervading the atmosphere all around.
In the evening, the Salesian Cooperators came to our community to wish Sr. Rita Dora, the Provincial and our community the blessings of the Divine Babe of Bethlehem. Our boarders put up a Christmas programme for them which included carols, dances, and a short message-giving skit. A festive dinner was sponsored by the Cooperators and gifts were presented to the boarders.
