On 22 February, the boarders at Maria Vihar thanked God for Bl. Laura Vicuna who is the patroness of the young people. In the evening they put up a programme on the life of Laura Vicuna depicting her life sacrificed for her mother and sang the hymn in honouring her.
At the end of the programme each one took a resolution for themselves to imitate Laura Vicuna’s virtues. The programme was concluded with the message – encouraging girls to live a simple yet holy life and to grow to become a good human being.
