On 3rd February we celebrated the feast of Don Bosco with our tuition children. We started with an inspirational thought from the life of Don Bosco given by one of our students. He spoke about Don Bosco’s dream at the age of 9. He concluded it with the message that as children and adults we must be kind and loving to one another. Then children acted a skit taking some incidents from the life of Don Bosco – How Don Bosco deals with the youngsters who are on the wrong path. They also sang hymns on Don Bosco.
Sr. Gracy Thomas, the animator concluded the programme with a message from the life of Don Bosco on how to be humble and honest even in little things. Sr. Gracy also interacted with the kids after telling the story from the life of Don Bosco about the breaking of the oil bottle. The kids were very enthusiastic in answering the questions. Children went home happily after receiving a bar of chocolate.
