On 15th of February 2020, we the Community of Maria Sharan Keshnand celebrated Our Community Gratitude day. The Theme for our Gratitude day was “A Community that generates life”. We had a week of preparation for the Gratitude day, and we began by praying for all the sectors of our house. On the evening of the 14th of February we had the Vigil Service which was prepared by Sr. Krupalata Pereira, which symbolized that we are the light, and we need to bring joy to others’ lives by generating life. The Morning Prayer was animated by Sr. Sajan Gaikwad based on the theme. The workers of our house thanked all the Sisters of the community with a bouquet.
In the evening we had solemn Eucharist which was celebrated by Fr. Anthony Patole SDB. The children of Maria Sharan had staged a thanksgiving programme. There were a few dances and some songs to thank the sisters. The students of Std. X thanked the sisters in a special way for all the good opportunities that had received from the Institute. They offered a thank you card to each Sister. In the end Sr. Justina Rodrigues, the animator thanked the children for performing a beautiful programme for the Sisters and for being grateful for they receive. The children were happy to receive sweets from the Sisters.
