“No matter even if it takes a while, SHE handles every responsibility with a smile”. The parishioners of St. Dominic Savio, Satpur, Nashik thanked God during the Eucharist for all the women of the world and especially of the parish. After the Eucharist, they put up a short programme where Sr. Salome D’Souza was the Chief Guest of the day.
Under the guidance of Sr. Reshma Nune, the children put up a dance, some youngsters played a video in which they acted out the present issues that women faced. Some of the women with their melodious voices captured the hearts of the gathering. Sr. Salome asked all the men to wish the women showing their gratitude for all that they do. She also encouraged and motivated the women to always take a step forward even when difficulties come along their way. Sr. Salome exhorted and encouraged the women to take the example of Our Blessed Mother who always encouraged the women who followed Jesus. The games organized by Mary’s group and were enjoyed by everyone. It was indeed a memorable day for all.
