On 13th April 2020 we the community of St. Joseph Training Centre Lonavla had the joy of virtual visit with our Visiting Councillor Sr. Phyllis Neves, because of the inconvenience caused due to Covid-19 and the lockdown. But with the help of modern technology, we got connected with Sr. Phyllis and we welcomed her with our melodious voices singing “We are the Easter people, Alleluia is our song!” To enrich our journey in order to be an authentic FMA’s we had the opportunity to speak to her personally through Skype, with a different experience.
On the same day at 8:30 p.m. Sr., Phyllis gave goodnight for the community which was based on, “Let joy happen”.
On 14th April at 6:00 p.m the sisters of our community had a conference with Sr. Phyllis and on 15th April at 9:30 a.m. Sr. Phyllis had a conference with the candidates, where Sr. Phyllis emphasized us to be more kind and take the first step just as Mother Mary did at the wedding of Cana. We concluded our virtual visit with a blessing song and thanked our dear Sr. Phyllis. It was indeed a joyful and encouraging encounter.
