August 5 is a day dear to all the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians but it holds much dear to those who celebrate the anniversary of their profession. We are privileged to have Sr. Phyllis, Sr. Audrey, Sr. Aruna and Sr. Shantha in our campus who pass on the spirit of the origins to us, the younger generation.
To add to the joy, Sr. Rita Dora was present with us, as our community had the Provincial Visit. The day was filled with cheer and festivity. In the evening, AMAR Media Centre organised a Google meet for all the Sisters in the Province who celebrated their Profession Day. It was a delight to the eyes to see the senior Sisters wishing each other.
This was followed by a prayer service wherein both the communities in the campus joined together and shared in the agape meal. As the world is suffering from this pandemic, may we continue to be messengers of joy and hope to each other and to those entrusted to us.
