When we see the greenery around, it gives us hope and brings a smile on the faces of all. The theme “Save the green and let the earth smile” brought smile and filled the Pushpanjali family with joy as we celebrated the Environment day on the 12th July with the SHG women and ITI students. Three Resource persons from the forest department were invited, Girishbhai Motibhai Senva (President of justice cell and Panchayat Member, Thasra) Anilbhai Patil (Forest Protection officer, Dakor) and Parulben Mahulbhai Parmar (President of Taluka Panchayat,Thasra) who motivated them to save the Earth, for earth is our planet, our home, if not the generation coming after us will have to suffer. Sr. Elphina Rodrigues spoke on the importance of not using the plastic and planting trees around their homes. About 250 plants were distributed to all those present. The guests and the members of different sectors planted the trees in our campus. We all felt the earth smile after the event.
