Auxilium Skills Academy coordinators virtual training was held on 9-10 July 2021, organized by Sr. Rosaline Pereira ASA coordinator of the Province. There were 16 local coordinators attended the training (Ahmednagar Dakor, Gandhinagar, Dhanu, Nashik, ASA, Oros, Sindoni, MYC Wadala, Pune, Kalathur and Madhanthyar). The theme for the training was “IDEA Generation” aimed at building the capacity of the sisters.
Mrs. Renita Coutinho HR Manager ( Sheth Creators Pvt.Ltd )shared with us various techniques on the above theme. We learnt Brain writing technique, Creative Problem-Solving Technique (Pluses, Potentials Concerns, Overcome), Creative Conflict Negotiation etc. This enabled us to prepare our action plan. Then Fr. Luke Rodrigues SJ (Head of the archdiocesan office for environment) spoke on the topic “Responding to the Cry of the earth and cry of the poor”. He taught us the 5 focus areas towards making our green Province. 1. Spirituality 2. Education,3. Engagement in concrete actions, 4. Networking and Advocacy 5. Personal life style. He also presented us with Green, Grey, Yellow and blue strategies to achieve the above goals. The following day Mr.Jaya Pratap director (Jose and Jenice pvt. Ltd), enlightened us about the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana training operation. Then Sr. Rita Lobo the youth pastoral coordinator of the province highlighted of the importance of 3C’s (Confidence, Coordination &communication.) Towards the end we presented Centre-wise 3 concrete action plan.
