Our community of SHTC Nashik joyfully began the Marian month on 14 July 2021. The theme for the month was “Do Whatever He Tells You”. The statue of Our Blessed Mother was beautifully decorated. We welcomed Mary with joyful hymns and her statue was garlanded by our animator Sr. Wilma De Souza. This was followed by a prayer by Sr. Salome D’Souza.
During this month we had various activities such as individual ‘Goodnights’ on Mary in one’s life and the history of various Marian shrines, enactment of anecdotes on Mary in the life of Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello. We concluded our Marian month by “Court to Mary” during the day and conducting Marian games at supper time. It was indeed a joyful experience to celebrate a month with Mary.
