AMAR # 1462 Teachers’ Day celebration at Dakor

On 6th September 2021 the students of Pushpanjali Technical Institute – Dakor celebrated Teachers’ Day. The programme began by welcoming the teachers and Sisters on the dais with an aarti.  Sr. Urvashi Macwana, the principal of the Institute, together with the students conducted a meaningful prayer moment. After the prayer moment, as signs of their appreciation, the students offered the teachers and the Sisters flowers and cards. The students performed a programme which consisted of a kavali,a dance, Rajathani, a scene of a class room and a song of thanks by which they expressed their sentiments of gratitude towards the educators for their help and guidance.

Sr. Gracy Thomas, the animator expressed her words of appreciation and thanked the teachers for their dedicated service to the institute. She also gave an inspirational message on how a teacher’s hand can be an encouragement to the students. Then she presented the staff a gift as a token of love and appreciation for all the hard work they put in for the betterment of the students. 

Sr. Urvashi thanked everyone for their support and help.  After the programme the students and the staff played Garba and enjoyed each other’s company. To wind up the beautiful day sweets were distributed to the students and snacks were offered to the teachers. It was indeed a memorable day.
