On the feast of the Epiphany, 2nd January, 2022, the Sisters from the communities of Lonavala, Kune, Mundhwa, Koregaon Park, and Keshnand gathered together to celebrate the joy of Christmas, like the wise men who came from far and near to witness the joy of the New Born King, Emmanuel.
The host community led by Sr. Justina Rodrigues, made everyone feel at home from their very arrival after which the children added to the homely atmosphere with their love and joy displayed through their song and dance.
The Sisters then enjoyed moments together in prayer, in playing games, in jokes and laughter and in the peak moment of celebration at the Eucharist. The young and elderly, all enjoyed the time spent together, not to forget the little prizes received for their lively participation. The day ended with a fellowship meal consisting of delicacies prepared by all the five communities, after which, everyone thanked each other and returned back home like the wise men, renewed by the encounter with the Child Jesus, seen in the faces of our Sisters.
