“Prayer does not fit us for the greater work, but prayer is the greater work”, said Oswald Chambers and such were the sentiments of the Sisters, teachers and the students at Mazzarello Kendra, Kasarkod on 4th March 2022, as we had a moment of prayer for peace, especially for Ukraine. ‘Let there be freedom, peace and everyone may live in hope’, was the slogan before us, as we turned to God imploring his mercy on the people in Ukraine and also to touch the hearts of those who are involved in instigating this present war between Russia and Ukraine. The prayer moment was very meaningful and everyone present prayed fervently, especially for peace in the world.
