25th March 2022 was great day for us to have nearly 200 people in our campus. There were women and adolescent girls who participated in the Women’s Day celebration. It was for the first time that Women’s Day was held at AYAC. Women old and young, with happy faces entered the campus. The celebration began by lighting the lamp and invoking God’s blessings.
The Chief Guest for the day was Sr. Mariet Luckose, the animator of AYAC community. Sr.. Vandana Malya spoke to women encouraging them to live life happily because women are precious and they are great too, and history tells us this. Creative games were conducted and all participated happily. Gifts were distributed to the winners of the game and also to the others each one. It was great joy to see them return home with satisfaction and smiles.
