Celebration of Christmas
The wonderful feast of Christmas gives us a chance to express our love and affection with others. The sisters of Mornese Vihar, Sulcorna held a beautiful Christmas party on 21st December. They made this day a special one for us by sharing their gifts with us. As they made this day special for us, so we the boarders of Sulcorna wanted to make this year’s celebration an extraordinary one for all sisters and each other and so we shared our little gifts, our talents by putting up a beautiful programme for our sisters since Christmas is to share and to give. There the meaning of Christmas is found and yes we did find this Christmas joy.
We started our programme in the evening with a prayer dance; then followed a meaningful skit on Christmas, dances and carols, and ended our programme by revealing our Christmas friends. We also shared our joy with the people of Sulcorna by going about caring Christmas message to all and assuring them God’s coming at Christmas. We were very happy and grateful to sisters who helped us and supported us to do something good for Christmas. May the new born Jesus bless us all.
