32 youngsters with a broad smile as they ride on their bicycles…
It was really excruciating to see number of young Adivasi boys and girls walking hours to reach their place of work/study.
On 14 February, thanks to the financial support from our young friends from Turin, we saw 32 youngsters with a broad smile as they ride on their bicycles…
This was fruit of a joint initiative of the CBCI Office for Dialogue and Ecumenism together with the FMA Province of Bombay and the Community of Auxilium Youth Animation Centre, Dahanu.
We would like to thank Sr. Ritha Dora Thomas and Sr. Rita D’Souza for their prompt support, Sr. Meenakshi D’Silva and Mr. Santosh for their expert guidance and various visits to Imperial Cycles, Srs. Mary Anthony and Mangala Kolge for identifying the deserving persons, Sr. Santana Pereira, Sr. Veronica Fernandes and Sr. Mariet Luckose for their sisterly support. Sincere thanks to Sr. Teresa Joseph who assisted the donor and the beneficiaries to distribute the bicycles to the most needy.
May we continue to experience God’s loving providence as we move ahead with renewed commitment in our educative and evangelizing mission.

Wow wonderful and beautiful to see smiling face of so many young girls. God bless all the benefactors for their generous heart and all the sisters who have worked to get this project.
