AMAR # 499 Talent Fest - Elocution Competition at Aux-Pali Hill Bandra

When God made us, he put talents in everyone alike. Some people excel in sports, some in music, some in dance, some in academics, some in art and some in oratory.  Well, public speaking is one of the many talents which is hidden in each but surfaces only in a few.

The students of Auxilium Convent High School, Pali Hill as part of their ‘Talent Fest’ participated in the Elocution cum Recitation Competition on 28th July 2018.

The members of the Jury were Mr. Kenneth D’costa (a graduate from Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. He is also trainer in Speech and elocution in several Mumbai schools) and Sr. Melissa Fernandes (an English teacher, from Mount Mary Convent High School Bandra). The students of Std. V to VII participated in the Recitation competition and VIII to X participated in the Elocution Competition. In the Choral Recitation, the Green House with their Poem ‘Dear Humanity by Phil Capitano’secured the 1st position. In the individual competition, students gave their best performance.
