The GDA students with much enthusiasm entered Auxilium Campus for the celebration of 72 Independence Day.
The chief guest for the day was Doctor Dr. Ravi (Red Plus Hospital-Boisar) Mrs.Shiraz (Mantralay- Tribal Welfare Department Mumbai) Dr. Patil (Phonix Hospital-Jawhar) & Sr. Mariet Luckose(AYAC Animator)
The flag was hoisted by the dignitaries. The GDA students expressed their feelings of respect and honor in their speech, Dance, and Songs.
All the Sisters wished everyone present and urged that we become good citizens of our country.
Dr.Ravi said in his speech that we must honor, respect everyone in our day to day life so as to this respect and warmth & holistic health may reach out to our family, village, society, to our country so that unity, harmony, and justice may reign in our country. …of the world! This was a line for the day by Miss Shiraz. Further, she explained the meaning of Secularism, Democratic, Socialistic & Republic Nation.
The students along with the Sisters danced to the tune of patriotic songs.
The snacks were distributed to the students. Everyone went home with love and respect for the country India.
