“It’s fun and joy to meet our friends together after many years or a long time.” Yes the AUXILIUM WADALA CAMPUS was filled with joy and fun as our Past Pupils from the batch 1964 to 2018 got together on 15th August at 5.30 pm at Sr. Berta’s hall-MYC.
The programme began with the registration by Sr. Anita Tairipascu and core team members of the Past Pupil from. At 6. O’ clock we began the program with a short Prayer moment animated by Sr. Reshma Rosario. Sr. Kalyani the coordinator of the Past Pupils unit introduced everyone present. Sr. Meena D’silva the Superior of the community welcomed the gathering and gave the good news of 2020 that Auxilium Wadala will be celebrating 70 years of its presence. Later Sr. Lavita Sequeira conducted the icebreakers wherein the Past pupils enjoyed to the core.
Sr. Kalyani and Sr. Maria Shirsath animated the session on YPP followed by the batchwise suggestions from the Past Pupils. The star attractions being spot prizes announced creatively added colour and enthusiasm in the celebration. We thank our dear Sr. Gloria Ferrao and Sr. Smita for their availability and Miss. Dolly Alphonse for comparing the programme.
It was good to see that 130 Past Pupils took part in this Re-Union. It was amazing to see that 7 past pupils were from the first batch of 1964. Many of them including Sisters, shared their memories which are golden memories to them and they thanked AUXILIUM for what they are today as good daughters, wives, and Mothers. It was very touching to see them full of gratitude towards their Alma Mater.
All of them enjoyed dancing, full of energy and enthusiasm. We concluded the day with a sumptuous dinner. Sisters from both the communities were present to grace this occasion.
