“India is my country. All Indians are my brothers and sisters”
On 1st September 2018, Std.VIII students of Auxilium Convent High School, with their class teacher Mrs. Trupti Sawant visited Fr. Agnel’s Ashram, Bandra. They were accompanied by a few representatives of Past Pupils and the Headmistress Sr. Shiny Alphonse.
Brother Edison, who takes care of the boys, warmly welcomed them. Sr. Shiny started the programme with a short prayer. The pupils of Auxilium tied Rakhi for the boys.
The boys on their part played different instruments sang songs and displayed their art, as a sign of their brotherly love and appreciation. The students shared with them pens and pencils (as recommended by the brother-in-charge). The boys served cold drink and biscuits and the day was ended with a deep sense of joy and contentment.
