A Seminar on the student-teacher relationship was organized at Auxilium Baroda. The speaker from Oxford University Press, Mrs.Dipti Roychoudhury enlightened the teachers on “Multiple Intelligence”. It opened new vistas as the teachers were made aware of the uniqueness of every individual. The main focus and motivation were about how to develop an interest in students in teaching-learning procedure. The basic dimensions of everyone’s personality traits differ from person to person, differentiating, human intelligence into specific modalities rather than seeing intelligence as dominated by a single general ability.
Every individual has her/his strength and weaknesses. Build on their strengths and help them overcome their weakness. It was a very meaningful and interactive seminar indeed.
