AMAR # 687 Past Pupils Reunion at Aux-Wadala

The afternoon of 26th January was a moment of fun, laughter and great excitement as Past pupils from 1965 batch onwards entered the portals of Auxilium Wadala. The programme for this get together was well planned by the core team committee. With the support of Sr. Meenakshi D’Silva and the community Sisters, this get together was very fruitful. Miss Abigail our very own past pupil and a parishioner kept the group alive and active with her heartwarming compering.  The senior most Past Pupils were called to light the lamp. Sr. Kalyani Subramaniam – in charge of Past Pupils welcomed everyone and then Sr. Meena was asked to speak to them on the call to holiness in whichever walk of life and also to speak about 2020 wherein Auxilium convent high school would celebrate 70 years of its presence.

This was followed by a human housie wherein they were given a paper and a pen each. They had to go around writing maximum names as possible and at the end, the winners were awarded a prize each.

They were then asked to spend time with each other, sharing their experiences. They went around the school capturing memories and were happy to be past pupils of Auxilium Wadala. They were happy that they still remember the values taught to them in school.

Sr. Caroline Menezes, animator of MYC. Wadala prayed the grace before meals and all shared in the fellowship meal together. This was then followed by the photo session. We thank God for being with us and helping us in all that we do.

A special word of sincere appreciation and thanks to the core team members who went out of their way to make this happen. God bless you all.
