A peace rally was led on 22nd February 2019 in the vicinity of the school campus to pay “Shrandanjali” to the 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel who were killed and many others injured when terrorists targeted a convoy with a car bomb at Awantipura in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on 15th February 2019. After a meaningful and prayerful assembly in remembrance of the brave martyrs, the children marched out on the streets with placards and posters as a gesture of their love and appreciation for those who have sacrificed their lives and all those who safeguard our borders and our country at the risk of their own lives.
