8th August is celebrated as World Senior Citizen Day. We the USM members along with Tr. Sangeeta and Tr. Margaret visited some families in which grandparents stay. We spoke to them, heard the stories of their young age, shared some of our experiences with them and gave them a rose flower as a token of our love. It was a very touching moment for us as were listening to them because they had a lot to share with us. We were deeply moved by their gesture and thankful to the family members who welcomed us and some even offered us snacks and refreshments.
