On 5, September 2017,we began our moment of prayer in the morning with ‘He is the potter and I am the clay’, being teacher’s day we spoke of God as the potter in our lives, and how we in turn are called to be potters.
We had the collaborators day, a day dedicated to the staff of Maria Bhavan, we had a beautiful moment of prayer with each one lighting a lamp and the hands were placed around symbolically reminding us that we work together for a common cause and that God is at the center of our mission. We played a beautiful song,-‘Milke Chalo ‘reminding us to walk together no matter who we are. Sr. Catherine Pereira, the animator spoke to them about how important they are in the life and mission of Maria Bhavan and that they are part of the family.We then had a fellowship meal, which was lovingly prepared by Sr. Stella Ribeiro, and enjoyed by everyone. 
Sr. Joanna Lobo, animated the staff showing them a video clippings which encouraged them to empower themselves and the people we work with, we also spoke of the environment and the need to take care of our earth, thus discouraging the use of plastic bags.We then gave them a token of love, they too expressed their appreciation to the sisters and for letting them be partners in the mission.
