On 17th of August 2017 the AYM members and representatives of Past Pupils celebrated Raksha Bandhan Day with the boys of Fr. Agnel Ashram, Bandra. Fr. Dilip, the director and the inmates welcomed them joyfully. The celebration began with a small prayer moment conducted by the AYM students. The Past Pupils and the AYM students tied rakhi and also distributed gifts i.e. note books and pens, they also shared sweets.
The boys were waiting for this occasion and they entertained them with music and songs. 
The director briefed them about the centre, its origin and progress and this was followed by some refreshments. All left with feelings of joy and fulfillment.
