The community gratitude Day was celebrated on 7th February 2021 at 6.00 pm in Laura Vicuna Niwas. It began with a prayer moment. The Salesian Cooperators were present for the same. Thanksgiving Day was started by Don Bosco to thank Mama Margaret who was taking care of the first boarders. The Salesian congregation keeps up a day called ‘Gratitude Day’ to thank the Fathers, Sisters, and every member who is part of the mission.
The cooperators felicitated the Manager, Sr. Rita Lobo and the community was with a sapling, a flower with a thank you card. The Thanksgiving speech was delivered by the President Mr. Sakahari Kedari and the day ended followed by a get-together in which we all enjoyed a good meal wishing and thanking each other.
