‘HOPE the power that gives a person the confidence to step out and try”.
Looking at the Risen Christ who gives us the new Hope.. The 4 Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA) of St. Mary Mazzarello, Mumbai (INB) province said their final and total ‘YES’ to the Lord, on the 13th May 2021, on the feast of our Co-foundress St. Mary Mazzarello.

We proclaimed our final vows before the Lord, committing ourselves totally for the service among the poor young people. The theme “Called to be Bearers of Hope” invites us to become a sign of hope in this hopeless situation of life. It’s a great challenge, and today when our world goes through the darkness of COVID – 19 we take courage and stand to give our helping hand to uplift the brokenness around us.
After welcoming into the congregation by the superior we were given a sapling which spoke the words like this “receive this sapling allow the Lord to help you to be rooted in Him, so that through you He can spread the message of hope to those who find no meaning and purpose in life”. We are privileged and blessed by God for He has chosen us to be the Bearers of Hope. We thank the Lord for our life in this Salesian Institute and also our sincere thanks to our Mother General, Sr. Rita Dora our provincial, formators, sisters and our parents who have nourished and guided us in our journey.
We step forward courageously to stand high with new Hope in this situation where death surrounds us, where future is uncertain……we continue to march forward, the Risen Lord is here with us.
