Teaching is the noblest of all professions. Every teacher shall manifest genuine enthusiasm and pride in teaching as a virtuous calling. Auxilium Convent High School Baroda celebrated Teachers’ Day with the theme “Teachers, you are our hope.”
The solemn entry of teachers was done by a Penguin Dance. Sr. Philomena Lobo, the headmistress initiated the day by appreciating all the educators for the hard work they put in to keep the students connected with learning in a gloomy scenario of lockdown and pandemic. It was a day of anticipation and excitement for teachers to thoroughly enjoy themselves. Sr. Philo, Manager Sr. Priscilla Travasso along with her fleet of sisters worked hard to put together a video compilation of all inputs sent by students in a beautiful montage of respect, love and admiration.
The Sisters planned to build up a hearty appetite in teachers before lunch in the way of some very interesting and innovative games.The wise thoughts shared by Sr. Priscilla Travasso will help to be effective educators in this noble vocation as Teachers.
