Janmashtami celebration from mythological times have involved ‘Matkis’ as Gopis used to carry colourful matkis in Vrindavan. Matki decoration competition was held at Auxilium Convent High School, Baroda on 25th August 2021, for the students of grade VI-VIII.
The students participated enthusiastically, toiled hard to put their creativity at work and came up with innovative creations. The teachers from different sections were called to judge the students also the class teachers were co-judge with them. All the students’ efforts were praise worthy.
