On 30th January 2022 our community celebrated the feast of St. John Bosco our father friend of youth with our tuition children. Around 200 children were present along with their teachers. The celebration began by invoking the blessings of the Lord and by lighting of the lamp. Sr. Manisha Parmar, the SDO of the Province was present with us. Sr. Vandana Malya briefly told them the life story of Don Bosco and then Sr. Manisha Parmar spoke to the children and told them “how important children and youth were in the life of Don Bosco, and Don Bosco wants the children to choose the right path of education, good habits etc.
The prizes were distributed for the various sports conducted in the respective villages. The children were happy with the gifts that they received. The children and the Sisters wished God’s blessing to Tr. Yogita of Dongri Pada II, who will soon get married. The best and active teacher award was given to Ms. Shwetal for her dedicated service. At the end of the programme snacks were distributed to the children.
