On 13 March 2022 at 11 a.m. women from various villages gathered at Maria Bhavan Baleshwar We welcomed them warmly. Fr. Francis Ohwal, delivered a meaningful talk on ‘GENDER’, that women should not feel shy or backward to sit or to act freely in the family activities with all the others. To show to the men folks that they too are educated, that they too can educate others.
Then Sr. Alka spoke on the duties of the women in regard to their children from the village. After this there were dances from the study class children from the village, followed by felicitation of the chief guests with flower pots saplings. Mr. Rajaram Gaikwad spoke very well and in a convincing way on small scale industries at home and for marketing as well. After this there was a programme on dance and skits done by the women from their respective groups.
Lastly Sr. Anita gave a vote of thanks to the chief guests. She highlighted their good relationship with us at Maria Bhavan, with their ever ready timely help. She thanked each and every group and various people who helped in this programme. She thanked the youth in a very special way, for handling this programme and managing it so well. They really proved to be very responsible youth. At 3pm. lunch was served for all. All thanked and praised God for this beautiful day.
