The 26th of March, 2022 marked a day punctuated with immense joy and bliss for the extended family of Auxilium Convent High School Baroda as we celebrated 25 years of fidelity of our dear Sr. Philomena Lobo to God and His mission. A jubilee is indeed to take stock of all that has been by God’s grace. It’s fitting to say it’s God’s faithfulness to Sr. Philomena we celebrated at Auxilium Baroda.
Collectively expressed appreciation and energetic aura created by the students told the story of Sr. Philomena’s journey in these 25years as a religious. A solemn entry with cultural dances enhanced the celebration. The students of various section conveyed their sentiments through dance, songs and skit. The Pre-Primary section too, enthused by this celebration, expressed their joy and wishes to Sr. Philomena through various dances and action songs.
Sr. Philomena Lobo graced the audience with a heartfelt and mellifluous song that touched hearts with its authenticity. The day was resoundingly meaningful and everyone was all the more grateful and blissful at the end. We thank our Manager Sr. Priscilla Travasso under whose able and efficient guidance, along with the sisters, teachers and students the programme was a grand success.
May the good Lord continue to use you dear Sr. Philomena as His instrument of love and compassion, may your smile continue to radiate the love of Christ to all.
