Auxilium Primary School held an “Anand Mela” on the school campus on 2nd April 2022. In addition to our school students, children from the Government Primary and High Schools, Pansora, and our VEP students attended the event. There were approximately 300 children. A good number of parents were present as well. The event began at 10.00 am with a prayer moment and a cultural performance by the boarders and students of Auxilium Primary School. Our guest of honour, Mr. Kiran Macwan, who also was our donor of the day, addressed the students on “Child Rights”. Children enjoyed playing games and were excited when they won the prize coupons and delightfully collected their prizes at the end of the day.
The games were specially designed for different age groups. A variety of food stalls were also set up on the campus, adding to the celebration’s joy and fun. Several parents thanked the School for organizing the Anand Mela, the first of its kind. 30 Volunteers, teachers, workers and Sisters helped out in unique ways at the event. We thank all our sponsors and volunteers who contributed to the success of this memorable event. The Children, parents, and all those participated in the celebration had a wonderful day.
