“Let every stitch be an act of love of God” was the life lived by our Co-foundress St. Mary Mazzarello whose feast we celebrated on 14th July 2022. We, the community of Shirva together with the children had a grand celebration of our Mother Mazzarello.
We invited our Parish priest and the Salesian fathers for the same. We began the eve by thanking God for the gift of our Charism and moreover for the person of St. Mary Mazzarello, in whose footsteps we the FMA’s walk together all over the world. Later we had a short programme depicting the few incidents from the life of our saintly mother and co-foundress. Her life itself is the lesson to live in the presence of God and we hope that one day we too may reach the heights of Sanctity.
Indeed, the eve turned to be a festive and a rejoicing one as we honored “A WOMAN FOR ALL TIMES”!
