The event commenced with an energetic welcome addressal to the gathering from none other than the Principal, Sr. Philomena Lobo. God’s grace and his presence was invoked to infuse the gathering with His divinity. A crisp and charismatic addressal from Sr. Pricilla Travasso soon after covered the roles of past pupils, the origin of past pupils, and their contributions towards society and their alma mater. She urged them to be positive in their approach and spread goodness.

The Principal encouraged the past students to share their current experiences and their line of work. She urged them to give their service to the school as per their field of experience, such as panel discussions and debates for students, advice and orientation on how to face/attend an interview, support economically underprivileged students, or address relevant issues affecting students, etc. The past pupils promised to give their best whenever possible.

Following this, the selection of the new office bearers was carried out on account of the existing ones being unable to attend or give their services. A change in leadership would aid in the smooth functioning of the unit. New members were selected via votes in favour of the majority. The past pupils expressed their gratitude to the institution for making such a gathering possible and expressed their desire to facilitate similar meetings in the near future.
