Auxilium Convent and St.Ann’s School organized Cleanliness drive in the immediate vicinity of Bandra – Pali hill on 9 December 2022 as part of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s month- long “Majhi Mumbai Swachh Mumbai’ drive that kicked off on 1st December 2022. The main purpose of this programme was to create awareness among the people of Bandra regarding Cleanliness and its benefits. We began the rally at 8 am.
Students of STD VII to IX along with their Principal and teachers participated actively in this cleanliness rally with appropriate costumes, placards and also slogans that resounded everywhere “Safe Mumbai, Clean Mumbai. Our students performed a street play on waste segregation, cleanliness, and sanitation in Pali Hill market. The students were very happy to be the part of this great drive which is going to transform the face of our country forever. It was indeed a great experience for our students as they will be inspired to work towards saving our Environment by being responsible citizens of our country.
