Thanksgiving is a time of togetherness and gratitude. Our students, teaching and non–teaching staff came together to celebrate School Gratitude Day on 13 February 2024. The students gave the sisters a colourful and grand welcome with a pop, pop dance. The celebration began with a meaningful prayer service where each sister offered a flower and each sister was appreciated and thanked for her unique qualities. This was followed by an entertainment programme that comprised of beautiful folk dances of Goa and Maharashtra. Teachers too offered a small token of love and appreciation to the sisters.
Our Superior, Sr.Teresa Plathara congratulated and thanked the teachers and students for making the day memorable one for each of the sisters. She also told the students to be ever grateful to everyone, don’t take people for granted. Our teachers showed special affection to the sisters by arranging snacks and a sumptuous lunch. The community sisters also expressed their gratitude by singing the blessing song. We are indeed grateful to God for the gift of our teachers, support staff, parents, and beloved students.
