The ADMA group of Nirmal met on February 28th, 2024, at Don Bosco Yuva Kendra – Gomesali, Nirmal. 25 members gladly gathered to meet each other and to pray the rosary together. Being the Lenten season we prayed the sorrowful mystery for our own self-conversion and for all the People of God in our families, in the society, in the world, and Salesian Family. Our talk referred to the Strenna 2024, The Dream that makes you Dream to make it a vital inspiration in our life. We reflected on Mary Mazzarello’s devotion to the crucifix and her attitude during the Lenten season. All the members faithfully attended the Lenten Mass arranged in their respective villages on different dates by the parish. All are preparing to take part in the Annual Lenten Way of the Cross pilgrimage to Palghar, Duttana, Thalasherry where many faithful were persecuted for their faith in Jesus. We also reviewed the activities which we had taken in the beginning of the academic year 2023-2024. The members were reminded of their duty towards the welfare of our country during this election time by voting and promoting the same in the family and neighbourhood especially among the youth. The meeting concluded by singing a hymn to Mamma Mary.
