Science cum Ecology Week was held in Auxilium School from 22nd to 30th February. The focus was on Environmental Awareness. Each day we had a different theme, namely – Care for creation, Water is Precious, Importance of Trees, Segregation of garbage, Conservation of natural resources and energy. With the help of their Science teachers, the students animated the assembly and through skits conveyed he message. The Notice board beautifully highlighted the theme with pictures and information. Each day a different competition were held – Best out of waste, Paper Bag making, Collection drives, Medicinal Plant competition, Quiz on the Environment and Drawing competition on the theme ‘Swacch School’. 
On the last day there was quiz based on the entire week and the winners of the competitions received their prizes at the hands of the Headmistress. There was a Science Exhibition too with a display of science models made by the students. The aim of the Science cum Ecology Week was to raise awareness among the children and encourage positive actions that make a direct contribution to Mother Earth.

Congratulations to Auxilium Caranzalem at the celebration of Science cum Eccology Week… although the children are from the economically weaker sections of society you are giving them the best possibilities for all round development..God bless you for your dedication to the integral formation of the young.
